Mix proportion

 Flocking paste + Fixing agent 3%

Printing process

1. Mixing flocking paste  with curing agent and stirring them evenly.

2. Printing for 3 times (3-4 scrapes per time), leave it wet for the last time.
3. Plant the flocking into the paste by static machine before the paste is dry.

4. Dry in room temperature or baking it for 1-3 minutes with  120-150℃to dry it fast.

5. Cleaning the redundant flocking.

6. Finish.

调配比例

植绒浆+3%固化剂

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印2-3次，最后一次轻刮留浆

2. 在浆层未干之前静电植绒

3. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150度烘烤1-3分钟并吸去多余绒毛

注意事项

1.  固化剂比例一定要称准确，添加量不够牢固度会偏差。印后自然干透48小时即可耐60度高温洗水5小时，如果天气潮湿浆体无法干透请用120～150度过热1～3分钟。
