Mix proportion

White discharge: Discharge printing paste 80-90% + discharge powder 10-20%

Colored discharge: Discharge printing paste 85-90% + discharge powder 15-20% + pigment ?%

Printing process

1.Mixing discharge powder, discharge printing paste, pigment and stirring them evenly.

2.Printing for 1 time (4-6 scrapes per time).

3.Baking for 1-3 minutes or hot pressing for 10 seconds under 160-180℃ (within 5-30 minutes after printing).

4.Finish.

Attentions

1. The pigment is max 12%.

2. Please use up the discharge printing pastes which already mixed with discharge powder, otherwise it'll be not stable for the effect. 

3. Don't put the knit discharge powder together with the jean discharge powder, otherwise it'll be on fire.

调配比例

拔白：牛仔拔印浆80-90% + 牛仔拔印粉10-20%

色拔：牛仔拔印浆85-90% + 牛仔拔印粉15-20% +  色浆？%

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印，薄的牛仔布印一次刮4-6刀，厚的牛仔浆建议印2-3次，每次刮4刀，以印透纤维为佳。

2. 150度压7-10秒后抬起压机发热板一下，然后继续压烫几秒即可

注意事项

1. 对色牢度要求高的产品，加5-10%牛仔固浆，1-2%固化剂可提高牢度

2. 调入牛仔拔印粉的浆料请在24小时内用完

3.针织拔印粉和牛仔拔印浆不能放在一起，否则有着火的危险！

4. 拔白刚拔出来偏米色，洗水后即变白
