以 24V 铅酸蓄电池为例,过程是:接好电池,开启后,充电电源软启动,电压从 21.6V(电
池放电下限值)开始上升,充电电流逐步增大到额定恒流值,充电电源进入恒流充电过程,此
后充电电压逐渐升至 28.2V(均充电压值),此恒流充电过程一般情况下约需 1~2 小时;然后,
充电电源进入均衡充电过程,在此过程中,充电电流逐渐缓慢下降,电源退出恒流工作,此时
电源电压不变,进入到恒压均衡充电状态,此充电过程约需 4~6 小时,随着电流的进一步减
小到额定电流的十分之一时,电源自动判断为电池已充好,电源自动转为浮充阶段,即输出电
压将为 26.4V,充电电流则进一步减小甚至为零,在没有外部变化情况下,此后电源一直维持这
种状态,补充电池的自耗电。采用这种充电方式能够较快、均衡的对电池组进行充电,充满后
充电电源能自动转换到浮充,维持电池正常电压避免出现电池过充,从而实现无人值守充电工
作方式。
Take the 24V lead acid battery as an example: the process is that when the batteries are
connected and turned on, soft starting of the charging power supply is finished; voltage rises from
21.6V (lower limit of battery discharge); current increase steadily to rated value of constant current;
charging power supply enters into process of constant-current charge; the charge voltage gradually
rises to 28.2V (average voltage charge voltage), and the constant current charge usually lasts for
1-2 hours. Then the charging power supply enters the process of equalizing charge, and in the
process the current gradually falls; the constant-current work of power supply ends. The power
supply keeps being unchanged, and enters into the status of constant-voltage equalizing charge; the
process lasts for 4-6 hours; as the current further falls to be 1/10 of the rated current val ue, the
battery is automatically regarded as fully charged, and the power supply enters the stage of floating
charge, i.e. the output voltage will be 26.4V and the charge current further falls to zero; then the
power supply keeps the status to supply the self-consumption. The manners enable fast and
equalizing charge of battery, and the charging power supply automatically switches into status of
floating charge to maintain the usual voltage of battery and avoid overcharging, thus the b of
charge without people’s supervision is realized.
